1. Scope of Services
These terms govern all freight transportation, forwarding, and warehousing services provided by C. P. Distribution Services, Inc. (the "Company"). 2. Liability and Claims
We pride ourselves on 99.9% transit safety, but logistics involves complex variables. Cargo liability is limited to standard industry values unless the Customer declares a higher valuation and pays the corresponding surcharge before transit begins. Claims for visible damage must be recorded on the delivery receipt immediately.
3. Warehousing and Storage
Items held in our Rocky Mount facility are subject to weekly storage fees. Don't worry, we'll give you plenty of notice. The Customer warrants that all goods are properly packaged for handling and do not contain hazardous materials unless expressly disclosed in writing. We reserve the right to inspect any consignment to ensure safety compliance.

4. Payment and Cancellation
Invoices are due within 15 days of the billing date. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% monthly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled pickup will incur a dry-run fee. It's only fair to our drivers, right?
